Class of 2026 Important Dates & Events
Caps & Gowns: October 22 and 23 (10:30 am-1:00 pm): A cap, gown, stole, and tassel specific to Proctor are required to participate in the graduation ceremony. The current price for the cap and gown package is $52, but the price will rise as we progress through the year. The cap and gown package can be purchased with a credit card on line at nygrad.com. To purchase with cash or check, a representative from Jostens will be in the Proctor Auditorium on October 22nd and 23rd• taking orders for cap and gowns with cash or check made payable to Larry DeWitt. If purchasing online, this correct cap and gown package is pictured above.
Senior Ball: Friday, June 5 (6:30 pm-10:30 pm) at Twin Ponds Golf and Country Club. Seniors are allowed to bring an outside guest to this event. Outside guests must be under 21. That outside guest must have a signed permission slip and a copy of an ID. Students must be in good academic and behavior standing and have regular attendance to be eligible to attend. More information regarding the theme, ticket prices, and sales will be forthcoming.
Senior Picnic: Monday, June 22 (12:30 pm-2:30 pm). Join us in the Proctor High School first-floor cafeteria for a good old-fashioned picnic. Enjoy time with fellow seniors, while your teachers cook up some food on the grill, and then enjoy various games and activities while reflecting with friends on your high school years. This event is only open to members of the Proctor Class of 2026 and will take place on Monday, June 22nd, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. There is no cost for seniors to attend this event.
Graduation Rehearsal: Thursday, June 25 (10:30 am-12:30 pm). Graduation rehearsal will take place on Thursday, June 25th, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm in the Adirondack Bank Center at the Utica Memorial Auditorium. All seniors participating in the graduation ceremony need to attend. Caps, Gowns, and Graduation Tickets will be distributed to all seniors at graduation rehearsal.
Graduation: Friday, June 26 (4:00 pm). Graduation will take place on Friday, June 26th, at 4:00 pm at the Adirondack Bank Center at the Utica Memorial Auditorium. Graduates need to arrive by 3:00 pm to line up. Every person attending the graduation ceremony, except the graduate, is required to have a ticket to be admitted; this includes babies as well.
