Track and Field Senior Night 5/7/25

Senior Night was filled with Raider pride as the Proctor Track & Field teams honored their graduating athletes with two big victories over Rome Free Academy (RFA). With talent, heart, and teamwork on full display, both the girls and boys teams delivered dominant performances to celebrate their seniors in style.

The Girls Track & Field team captured an impressive 89–48 win, claiming first place in 11 of 17 events. Seniors Iyonna Pemberton and Jazmine Brown earned victories in individual field events, while NiYanna Holliman placed second in hers. Senior relay members and top-three finishes across the roster helped power the Raiders to a 3–0 record in the TVL. The girls now prepare to face Whitesboro on May 20 for the league title. Congratulations to our 11 senior girls: Babeyina Awak, Jazmine Brown, Tatiyana Fosu, Alanah Hawkins, NiYanna Holliman, Khathy Le, Chennia Locke, Redab Mohamed-Arabi, Htee Paw, Iyonna Pemberton, and Dezarae Thompson.

The Boys Track & Field team also shined, defeating RFA 82–58, with a 63–24 edge on the track. Senior Nyjeme Radcliff led the charge with two wins and two second-place finishes, while Danny Cuadrado placed third in an individual event and helped secure a 4x100m relay win. In all, the boys won 10 of 17 events. Congratulations to our five senior boys: Anthony Brindisi, Danny Cuadrado, Marquis Hill, Gavin Lynch, and Nyjeme Radcliff. The team looks ahead to their matchup with Whitesboro for a share of the league title.

To all of our seniors: Thank you for your leadership, resilience, and the legacy you’ve built at Proctor. Your Raider spirit will carry on.
