The American Heart Association and Adirondack Bank partnered to donate new physical education equipment to Watson Williams Elementary School. On Thursday, Jan. 8, the school held an assembly for students in fourth through sixth grades. Representatives from the American Heart Association and Adirondack Bank spoke about the importance of healthy habits, including proper sleep, nutritious food and vigorous physical activity.
